Sepasang sangkar cinta berisi 25 biji coklat aneka rasa satuan pralin oren, koko, dan kacang badam tempahan sepasang doktor perubatan untuk majlis perkahwinan mereka di Kelantan.

Dari cik abang untuk adinda 25 biji coklat dalam sangkar hitam macho menawan.

Adinda membalas hantaran kekanda dengan 27 biji coklat aneka rasa juga dalam bekas berbentuk hati di latari warna biru firus yang anggun.
