Budi and Shamin

I received a long distance call from Budi asking if I can deliver a box of chocolate for Shamin's birthday on the next day in few hours time infact! hehehe... being in industrial purchasing more like 15 years I am quite immune with the term of urgency, last minute order, urgent delivery.. etc.. It's ok dear. I can take it InsyaAllah hi biiznillah.
There we go - delivered on hot sunny day to UiTM campus in my vicinity.

Budi is one lucky guy - Shamin is super sweet and soft spoken. Nice talking to you Budi and nice seeing you Shamin. May Allah bless both of you.

Double Chocolate Brownie

Thank-you Lisza. She took this 2 extra boxes after her first order of a normal sized 8x8. She tought of having half and take another half to her MIL but her dear hubby can't help it. Both is to be taken back to her MIL in Taiping but one is meant for him. A words form her made us a big laugh.." aku la menantu mithali, tak pandai masak, aku beli"... It's OK Lisza, nothing is impossible as long as you want to learn making it. You will do!

Kelas Coklat Kreatif - cermatnya dia....

Kelas Coklat Kreatif mengajar anda pembuatan coklat secara hand-on mengajar anda menghasilkan coklat cantik dari coklat kompaun. Pelajar terbaru saya seorang aank lepasan Diploma Kulinanri UiTM. Cermat nya dia menghasiklan coklat loli, kotak, celupan, cluster dan lain-lain...

Untuk Ibu - 8 Mei

  Meriah meja kerja saya dengan warna merah jambu sebab  hampir semua tempahan kek cawan mahukan warna tema MERAH JAMBU. Malah semuanya juga mahukan bunga ros..Hmmm...Alhamdulillah.

Dua kotak kek cawan ; satu untuk ibu satu lagi untuk ibu mertua tempahan Salina Muhammad dan suami. Kek lobak merah dengan frosting krim keju-lemon dan kek coklat lembab dengan ganache coklat hitam.

Sewaktu melancong ke Beijing dengan Puan Sharipah, saya sedari ibu ini amat meminati warna merah jambu. Lantas bilaYanti Mohd Zuhuddin menitip pesanan kek Hari Ibu  untuk dihantar pada bonda tercinta, saya persembahkan kek cawan coklat lembab dengan bunga ros dari krim mentega. Bersinar-sinar mata Puan
Sharipah menerimanya.




Yang ini pintaan Flora Gabriel; kek lobak merah krim keju dengan hiasan fondant.

Tempahan dari staff logistik yang mahukan kek yang tak berapa mahal, simple dan sedap. Errrr....saya cuba garapkan semua permintaan itu pada 4 tempahan ini. Alhamdulillah, semuanya sms berterimakasih dan berpuashati.
