Couverture for Wedding Gift

She wanted just couverture chocolates in diamond shape! Quiet a few hundreds. I did offer others but she sticked on diamond with whole almond. Only at her last additional order, she opted for 100pcs in rose shape. As only having one mould of diamond with 20 cavities to work on it took me 2 nites to complete them..
